2026 Board of Director Meeting Dates:

1st Qtr Board Meeting - March 6, 2026 - 9:00am - 1:00pm - Virtual Meeting

2nd Qtr Board Meeting - June 5, 2026 - 9:00am - 1:00pm - Virtual Meeting

3rd Qtr Board Meeting - September 11, 2026 - 9:00am - 1:00pm - Virtual Meeting

4th Qtr Board Meeting - December 11, 2026 - 9:00am - 1:00pm - In Person Meeting (location to be determined)
Annual Business Meeting to follow 4th Quarter Meeting

PSRC members are invited to attend any PSRC Board meeting, but must make a request to do so by sending an email to DirectorofOperations@psrc.net

Member Feedback and Voting:

Questions or Comments: Please direct all inquiries to the PSRC Bylaws Committee Chair, Gail Varcelotti, at gailv@ganesco.com. Every concern will be reviewed, and a response with a detailed explanation will be provided.
Voting Deadline: Members must cast their vote to either accept or decline the amendments no later than 45 days from the posting date.
Final Date for Submission: All votes must be received by June 12, 2026 (45 days from the April 28 posting).
