A few comments from Stephanie's nomination:

​

Stephanie is a respiratory therapy leader with a focus on patient quality and safety (currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety). Managing daily respiratory operations of a free standing rehabilitation hospital (Magee) and multiple ICUs at TJUH. Program Coordinator and Committee Member of the Respiratory Track at Jefferson Lung Cancer Symposium (2025 and 2026).

Stephanie works to get new items approved for use within the institution.  She reviews patient safety related submissions root cause analysis process.  Created an LMA policy for respiratory therapy to place LMA during codes.
