Fox Subacute has 4 locations from Philadelphia to Harrisburg, Pa. Fox Subacute specializes in providing quality care for the clinically-complex respiratory residents in a home-like atmosphere.
We are seeking Respiratory Therapists to provide the highest quality care to our clinically complex ventilator dependent patients. Our ideal candidate will possess strong clinical & critical thinking skills, the ability to function as a member of the interdisciplinary team, and an excellent work ethic. Candidates must also possess either the CRT or RRT credential issued by the NBRC and must have a current RT license to practice in Pennsylvania.
In addition to our family-centered environment, we offer 12 hour shifts with an every other weekend commitment, a competitive salary and benefit package which includes generous PTO accrual.
We want to assure you that we have been doing our utmost to keep all patients, staff and our staff’s families safe. You may have been following the emerging news story of an alarming high number of COVID-19 illnesses and deaths occurring in nursing homes across the country. Of course this is disturbing to hear and we share in the grief caused by this pandemic. However, the high prevalence of illness and death has not been the case at our facilities.
At Fox Subacute, we were the first to restrict visitation, the first to issue N95 masks to staff, the first to initiate precautions on “at risk” patients and the first, to offer rapid antibody testing (results in 2 hours) for staff and patients.
