Pulmonary Function Technologist (64 hours Bi-weekly)
The Pulmonary Function Technologist is responsible for performing modalities of pulmonary diagnostic testing offered by the PFT lab with minimal guidance. Provides age appropriate services to infant, adolescent, and adult patients. Performs calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment within the lab’s scope. Professionally interacts with vendors, patients, family members, regulatory agencies, and other medical professionals.

Licenses and Credentials
A valid license to practice respiratory care in Pennsylvania.
Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT) or Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT) within 1.5 years of hire.
A current Basic Life Support certification.
An Associate’s degree is required
Minimum of 2 years’ of pulmonary lab or pediatric respiratory care experience
Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT)
Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Pediatric Specialist (RRT-NPS)
