This company has been providing high quality continuing education courses since 1982 and specializes in topics relating to the care of the pulmonary patient. The courses offered range in subject matter from simple review material to advanced critical care skills and vary in length and in the amount of continuing education credit granted. (Credit granted is based upon how long it takes to provide the same material
in a lecture setting). Courses are downloadable in PDF format and can be printed out!he PSRC's "Go Green" project is aimed at raising the awareness of Respiratory Care in high schools throughout the state. The goal of this program is to have a respiratory therapist visit EVERY high school guidance counseling department to personally let them know who we are and what we do!
Each course consists of behavioral objectives, outline, text, post-test, answer sheet and evaluation form. The answer sheet and evaluation form are returned to RCECS or completed on-line. The practitioner keeps the remaining material for future reference and review. A Certificate of Completion is issued for each course with a passing score of 70% or more on the post-test (Retake of failed tests require an additional fee).
Normally, RCECS courses are offered at $10 per credit hour. However, PSRC members receive 20% off this price and pay only $8 per hour!! This means that members can complete up to 10 hours (maximum allowed by regulations) for only $80! Click here to view a list of courses offered.
How To Get Your Discount....
To take advantage of this "members only" offer, click on the link below and follow the instructions on the RCECS website. During the check-out section (where payment information is entered), you'll see a box labeled "Discount or Gift Certificate Code".
Enter the letters PSRC followed by your AARC membership number (example: "PSRC12345678"). You must then press the box right under where you entered your number labeled "Apply Discount". Your screen will then refresh and you'll see your discount applied to your total.
