Delaware Respiratory Therapists!
Thanks for your interest in joining the American Association for Respiratory Care! The Pennsylvania Society for Respiratory Care has agreed to allow respiratory therapists in Delaware to take part in our special AARC Discount Membership Program. This program allows you to join the AARC (or renew your current membership) for only $75 which is a savings of $27.50 off the normal new member rate! Renewing members save $15.00 off the normal renewal rate.)
In addition, not only do you receive membership in the AARC, but you also receive FREE membership in the Delaware Society for Respiratory Care (DSRC)! You can also double your savings by purchasing TWO membership vouchers at the reduced rate and join (or renew) for two years! This locks in the discounted membership rate for a second year and saves you the hassle of renewing your membership next year. (Note: If you work in Pennsylvania, you can choose membership in the PSRC instead of the DSRC.)
How It Works...
The PSRC has purchased a large "bulk" of memberships from the AARC at a reduced rate and we pass along the savings to you! This is similar to how the membership warehouse clubs like Costco, Sam's Club and BJ's Wholesale operate. The stores buy merchandise in bulk and then sell it to their members at reduced rates.
WHY Is The PSRC Making This Offer?
Simple. It's a win-win-win situation! You win because you receive membership in TWO great organizations at a reduced cost. The DSRC and AARC win by being able to count you (or continue coutning you) as a member which helps strengthen both associations! The PSRC has offered to allow RTs in Delaware to participate in this program to help out a neighboring state!
Once we receive your payment, if you are an existing member, we'll send an electronic notification to the AARC to renew your membership (saving you a stamp!). Your membership will be renewed in approximately 5-7 business days after the AARC receives notification from us. You'll then receive a new membership card in about 3-4 weeks.
If you are a NEW member, if you're paying online with a credit card, you'll be taken to a web page asking for information to complete a membership application. Once you complete and submit that online form, we'll take it from there and receive a membership card in about 3-4 weeks (your membership will actually be active well before then).
To Purchase a Discounted AARC Membership (Renewal):
1. Credit Card - To renew your membership using a major credit card, click on the
"Pay Now" button below to go to the PayPal website. The PSRC utilizes this company to
process internet payments as the company is able to provide state of the art security for
your credit card information. If you'd like to take advantage of the "Double Your Savings"
offer, simply enter in the number "2" in the quantity section on the order page (the default is 1).
Please note you DO NOT need to be a member of PayPal to pay with a credit card. Simply
click on the "Pay With Debit or Credit Card" located under the "Choose A Way To Pay"
section of the page. Enter the membership number you are renewing in the box below and click on
the "Buy Now" button. If you don't know the number, enter "Unknown".

button below. Once you submit your payement, you'll be transferred to a web page that will gather

Check/Money Order - To pay for a new or renewing membership by check or money order,
