Two Day FULL Registration - Includes up to 14 hours of continuing education, admission to the
Exhibit Hall, lunch, refreshment breaks and admission to the Thursday evening festivities.

Registration Fee - $250.00  (fee includes a 1 year membership in the AARC)

AARC Member Discounted Registration Fee - $160.00 (valid AARC membership # required)

AAST Member Discounted Registration Fee - $160.00 (valid AAST membership # required)

Current Respiratory Therapy Student Registration Fee - $70.00 (name of RT school required)

One Day Registration Only (either date - same rate applies) - Includes up to 7 hours of continuing education, admission to the Exhibit Hall, lunch, and refreshment breaks.  Thursday registrations also include admission to the evening festivities.  NOTE:  Thursday's agenda includes an "Ethics" lecture and Friday's agenda includes a lecture on "Patient Safety" to meet the state mandated requirements for RTs.

Registration Fee - $170.00  (fee includes a 1 year membership in the AARC)

AARC Member Discounted Registration Fee - $80.00 (valid AARC membership # required)

AAST Member Discounted Registration Fee - $80.00 (valid AAST membership # required)

Current Respiratory Therapy Student Registration Fee - $35.00 (name of RT school required)

Sorry, pre-registration for this event is now CLOSED.  Onsite registration will be available and will accept cash, check or credit card for payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made on or before September 14, 2009. A credit for a future PSRC event will be provided for cancellations made on or after September 15, 2009
