REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Space is limited and registrations will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.  Full payment must accompany registration in order to be confirmed. All registrations include continental breakfast and buffet lunch, admission to the 50 booth Exhibit Hall and to all other conference events.  "Early Bird" discounted registration is available until February 28, 2009.
